Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Artem Lemeshev ("we", "us", the "Company") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use CompanyTracker (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for account data, and as a processor for the data you connect from your third-party tools.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in subject) used to create and secure your account.
- Workspace & usage data — companies, projects, team members and settings you create, plus logs and basic analytics about how the Service is used.
- Connected data — content read on a read-only basis from the tools you authorise (e.g. issues, pull requests, commits, messages, documents) so we can compute metrics and answer questions.
- Billing data — handled by our payment provider Paddle; we receive subscription status and limited transaction metadata, not your full card details.
2. How we use it
- To provide, operate and secure the Service and your workspace.
- To compute delivery metrics, risk signals and AI-assisted insights for you.
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, support and material changes.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Your Data to train third-party AI models for purposes unrelated to providing the Service to you.
3. Access tokens & security
Integration access tokens are encrypted at rest with keys that are not shared between tenants. Each customer is a separate tenant and queries are scoped so one workspace cannot access another's data. You can revoke any connected token in the source tool at any time, which stops further collection. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, including cloud hosting, our payment provider (Paddle), email delivery, and AI/LLM and embedding providers used to generate insights. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. The third-party tools you connect are independent controllers governed by their own policies.
5. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, collected data and dashboards remain viewable but syncing stops; you may request deletion as described below. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at povstalez@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as theme). Our payment provider may set cookies during checkout. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
